Dow Jones Engagement Marketing Manager in NEW YORK, New York
Deliver omnichannel engagement campaigns for Wall Street Journal and Barron’s members to drive reader habit and increase product adoption.
Work with teams across the business to support the implementation/enhancement of an automated CRM strategy that engages members across their lifecycle.
Manage 1-2 Engagement Associates to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and maintain WSJ quality standards.
Use key data insights to develop and drive marketing strategy and communications.
Represent the customer: advocate for seamless customer journeys, champion the value of membership.
Exercise a thorough knowledge of the brand and an ability to balance team goals with overall company objectives.
3-5 years experience working in a marketing role. Media or publishing is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, journalism or communications.
Experience in delivering campaigns that use a variety of marketing channels.
A mindset that is curious, data literate and digital first.
The ability to work quickly and manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
First-rate communications and writing skills with the ability to present.
A passion for and understanding of The Wall Street Journal brand, customers, and products.
