Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roughing in MC & BX cable, handling voltages ranging from 120-480 volts, pulling wire, and installing outlets, boxes, and lighting. You will also be responsible for wiring panels, bending conduit, and performing service work, including troubleshooting and overhead conduit installation.

Responsibilities

  • Roughing in MC & BX cable

  • Handling voltages from 120-480 volts

  • Pulling wire and installing outlets and boxes

  • Wiring panels and installing lighting

  • Bending conduit and pulling wire

  • Installing panels

  • Performing service work and overhead conduit installation

  • Troubleshooting electrical issues

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints

  • Pipe bending and running conduit

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in electrical wiring and conduit bending

  • Experience in roughing in MC & BX cable

  • Ability to pull wire and install outlets, boxes, and panels

  • Knowledge of wiring panels and installing lighting

  • Experience in service work and troubleshooting

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification

  • SST 10 certification

  • 2-10 years of experience in the electrical field

Work Environment

You will be working in Manhattan & Brooklyn, and three other project sites in Manhattan. The work hours are from 6:45am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with some overtime available for those with perfect attendance. It is mandatory to have PPE and SST at all times and maintain zero attendance issues.
