Employer: AlixPartners, LLP Position: Diversity & Inclusion Talent Acquisition Manager in New York, NY. Duties: Manage and oversee the successful execution of the D&I’s recruiting initiatives focused on senior-level employees. Partner with the stakeholders on the implementation of hiring strategies for experienced/lateral diverse professionals. Align diversity sourcing strategy with Industry and Service Lines’ (ISL) workforce planning/capability demand plans. Partner with D&I Leader and Centers of Excellence to ensure successful reporting, communication, and execution of initiatives. Collaborate with the recruiters covering various ISLs to develop innovative candidate assessment and recruiting strategies. Develop internal networks and partnerships with key stakeholders and an effective means of communicating diversity initiatives. Develop/report on metrics to effectively measure, track and report progress towards goals. Promote an inclusive culture of trust and respect aligned to the AlixPartners Core Values. Collaborate with internal diversity networks (local and national) and external diversity partners to define diversity recruiting strategies. Pre-qualify applicants to align with critical requirements as identified in the AlixPartners’ core competencies. Work with internal recruiters to predetermine specific job groups (i.e. digital) to augment the activity that increases the percentage of candidate job closings. Partner with HR business leaders to determine overall capacity needs and identify retention strategies for diverse employees. Manage/track candidates’ pipeline and report recruiting metrics to key stakeholder. Follow-up on all offers associated with candidate outreach efforts to facilitate acceptance of offers. Lead/support the activity to post positions as required using external resources to broaden the slate of viable candidates. 100% Telecommuting permitted within US. Up to 20% of travel to undetermined domestic and international client locations, as needed.Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Employment Management or related field, plus 5 years of experience in Human Resource management, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition and Employment management.Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following skills:•Design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy, including utilizing data analytics tools like Tableau to assess the effectiveness of past recruitment efforts; managing key projects using project management methodologies; and implementing automated candidate tracking and communication processes through an applicant tracking system (ATS).•Develop recruiting metrics and utilize Excel in conjunction with the ATS to track the number of candidates in a recruiting process; measure the time-to-hire using process flowcharts to identify bottlenecks; report the conversion rate of applicants to hires with dashboards.•Create and deliver informative PowerPoint presentations to functional leads: use data visualization tools like Power BI to generate visually appealing reports; employ the storytelling approach to convey recruitment progress effectively; collaborate through cloud-based tools like Microsoft Teams for real-time updates.•Utilize market research and data analytics to identify structural or procedural challenges: conduct analysis on candidate feedback; and employ process mining techniques to identify inefficiencies in the recruitment workflow.40 hours per week, $145,000 - $190,000 per year.
