1stDibs.com, INC seeks Directors, Product Management in New York, NY. •Own and be responsible for product initiatives that improve the buyer experience and drive traffic growth for 1stDibs.com.•Identify features and functionality that will make 1stDibs’ platform more scalable and help achieve growth targets.•Lead other product managers, both directly and indirectly•Leverage data and subject expertise to make difficult tradeoff decisions to ensure clear prioritization and clearly communicate decisions across the organization.•Collect, analyze, and understand key product metrics staying informed and able to update others as needed.•Manage a complete array of products requiring technical collaboration with Engineering, cross-functional stakeholders, and expertise in the products and customers they serve.•Conduct hypothesis-driven feature development through qualitative research and A/B tests to drive improvements to the conversion funnel.•Keep current on the latest SEO best practices, strategies, technologies, and industry changes.•Pursue on-page SEO optimization tactics: Internal linking structure, programmatic page generation, and generating keyword rich content at scale.•Translate product strategies into requirements documents (specs), and delineate clear prioritization among features.•Use agile methodologies to launch and lead products in conjunction with engineers, designers, marketers, and other colleagues.•Evaluate the impact of new features post-launch and uncover new opportunities.•Communicate plans and progress to a variety of audiences including the executive team, thoughtfully and sincerely incorporating feedback.Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Technology, or a related field plus 6 years of experience. Requires 6 years of experience with the following: Data Analysis; Project Management; People Management; Cross-functional collaboration; Product Management; Creating strategic product roadmaps from concept to launch; Working with engineering to create technical requirements. 40 hours/week, $200,000 - $219,000 per year.
