Position Summary

Global Strategic Launches brings to life Salesforce’s most relevant launches to move the market, and unlock new opportunities for our business and our customers. We are looking for strategic marketing leader to guide our launch go-to-market strategy, for sales, alliances and channel enablement. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across verticals, products, and partners to define market prioritization and the optimal enablement content, communications, and programs to accelerate brand leadership and business success. Your team will build a shared center of excellence that provides leadership, best practices, and training for a strategic launches go-to-market and the Salesforce enablement engine.   • Establish product/market fit for new products and guide cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive GTM strategies around the world

  • Partner closely with sales, field marketing, product marketing, partners, and ISVs to set those teams up for success when leveraging our teams enablement content, communications and programs

  • Drive clear alignment across stakeholder partners including Product, Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Alliances and Channels, securing the necessary resources for your team to execute effectively

  • Lead our enablement go-to-market strategy across teams, inspiring best-in-class work, scaling processes, and delivering new success frameworks globally

  • Define and interpret key performance metrics for strategic product launches to deliver insights and recommendations including net new dashboards/reports to track overall success

  • Collaborate with product marketing, creative, and partner marketing to deliver strategic communications, videos, web content, enablement content, and sales tools about strategic product launches

  • Partner with Executive Programs and Field Marketing on new sales program and tailored marketing execution

  • Support sales, partner, customer, and employee enablement strategies and activities as part of a global Center of Excellence that drive strategic product launch awareness


  • Works Strategically — Defines sales and partner enablement strategies that provide the greatest competitive selling advantage and largest market opportunity. Ability to see the forest through the trees in a dynamic sales environment. Aligns the right resources to the task at hand; foresees and plans around obstacles.

  • Makes Smart Decisions -- Analyzes and synthesizes broad, cross-business or cross-discipline information that leads to breakthroughs or significant insight. Makes an impact.

  • Focus on Customer Success -- Builds and maintains relationships with sales and customers; shapes content solutions to scale business success globally.

  • Drive Results -- Attacks everything with drive and energy with an eye on both the bottom line and customer success. Detail oriented, creative and versatile.

  • Collaborate & Communicate Across All Levels -- Work cross-functionally to drive success. Presents effectively 1:1, cross-Cloud and in Executive meetings. Gives others a voice.


  • 8+ years experience in product marketing or sales enablement at a high tech company, or similar. MBA a plus, but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability in product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, and sales enablement, preferably with familiarity of Salesforce go-to-market

  • Dynamic, confident personality with ability to successfully define and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.

  • Experience with business processes such as sales, ops, marketing, customer support, collaboration.

  • Proven track record of speaking in front of large internal, external, and global audiences.

  • Creative thinker that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead a cross-functional team of stakeholders to drive execution.

  • Proven track record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content.

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including viral on-message product demo videos and succinct Exec decks.

  • Proven track record of launching and growing new product innovations.

  • Strong skills in communication, writing and ability to work well cross-functionally.

  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence.

  • Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively.
