About the role:

As DigitalOne Agile Lead you will create process change by making new processes and will be communicating changes to impacted organizations. You will be doing process analysis and re-engineering with an understanding of technical problems and solutions relating to current and future business environments.

About the Team:

This role can sit anywhere in the US as long as you can accommodate our clients. Our team supports the large financial institution market, in the adoption and deployment of next generation Core Banking and Channel Experiences through the implementation of FIS's Modern Banking Platform and Digital One.

What you will be doing?

  • Implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes through root cause analysis, and cost and benefit analyses
  • Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control and communicates team progress to management.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations.
  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to all levels of an organization and ability to educate the organization on new or updated processes through data driven presentations
  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects and ensure the project is successfully completed
