Citigroup Digital Product Manager, CitiDirect Platform, Treasury & Trade Solutions, VP in New York, New York
Citi Services includes Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) and Securities Services. TTS provides an integrated suite of Liquidity, Payments and Trade/Working Capital solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations and increasingly mid-sized corporate clients.
CitiDirect is a global platform used by Citi clients across TTS and is part of the Platforms & Data Services organization. Citi clients use the web and mobile platform to transact, report, communicate and view insights.
The Vice President of Digital Product Management will be responsible for the development of the CitiDirect platform plans, strategies, and tactics while executing and delivering products, features and experiences to clients. The role will need to work closely with the business, clients, regional partners, design, and technology teams to understand client needs and translate them into platform solutions driving industry leading and innovative experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage strategic product roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to gain maximum benefit from each product
Supervise day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
Work closely with partner teams such as Engineering, Design, Data and Customer Service to develop and execute on the product strategy and projects leveraging Agile methodologies
Drive client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients
Manage client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and address fundamental trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions
Develop and communicate a business plan and product strategy to partner teams to influence buy-in and investment endorsement
Lead innovation by working with Engineering and keeping up with the latest digital technologies in the Finance and Technology industry
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
Qualifications
6+ years of Digital Product Management or relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, specialized analytics or related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
Functional experience in digital product development of banking platforms or similar
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Demonstrated analytical skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented and agile environment while having fun

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
