"Our client, a well-known and highly regarded consumer goods company, is currently seeking a long term freelance Sr. Designer with strong packaging and branding experience in the beauty, skincare and CPG space.This opportunity is 40 hours per week hybrid onsite/remote in Skillman, with specific schedules still being worked out, but likely 2-3x a week onsite. This starts ASAP after interview process and will be ongoing through 2024 with potential to extend based on performance and business need.MUST HAVES:-5+ years of experience-Bachelors degree in Design or a related field is required.-Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)-Strong understanding of brand guidelines and packaging principles-Excellent typography skills and comprehension of grid systems-Ability to utilize extensive knowledge of and experience in core design thinking and capability, and leverageknowledge of design and cultural trends to guide solutions, WHAT YOU'LL DO:-Developing concepts and design execution on multiple projects for a global brand including pack design, brand equity guidelines, brand blocks, digital toolkits, mockups and more-Assist in defining the consumer profile to drive relevant conversations-Advocate, drive, and execute environmentally sustainable and low-impact design solutions-Managing timeline of multiple projects-Deliver innovation through improvements in processes and / or methodologiesReply with your resume, portfolio/samples and top 3 reasons you're a good match for this role.Creative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
