SOM Designer (Architectural Interiors) in New York, New York
Create and innovate with a strong conceptual architectural interiors design ability, and integrate interdisciplinary criteria to effectively move forward the design of distinct Interiors of large projects or entire projects of a small scale.Bachelor’s in Architecture, Architectural Design, or related field and 3 years of experience. The 3 years of experience required must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: developing and creating building interiors for commercial and hospitality projects; performing architectural studies and developing plans for building interiors, creating 2-D and 3-D views; utilizing Enscape rendering to create realistic walkthroughs, enabling clients to visualize proposed spaces in real time; and importing Rhino modeling into Revit documentation models.
Minimum Salary: 80,000 Maximum Salary: 95,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
