Job Summary
Cognizant is looking for a Delivery Lead with at least 15 + years of experience in Leading project / program governance with project team, & leadership. Enhance customer relationship and constantly motivate team for better results. Create & drive delivery strategy to achieve profitability without compromising customer centricity and quality.

Location: New York, NY (Remote)

Responsibilities:
Delivery Mgmt.
* Oversee the project end to end
* Lead project / program governance with project team, & leadership
* Enhance customer relationship and constantly motivate team for better results
* Ensure weekly reporting to leadership
* Create & drive delivery strategy to achieve profitability without compromising customer centricity and quality

Required Qualifications:
Experience: 15 to 20yrs of delivery management experience
Technical Skills: Java or .Net or cloud or any primary technical skill is good
Domain Skills: Payer
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 113,459 - $ 195,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
