Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Vice president of Business Management. This person will lead our data entry team and maintain the firm's client relationship management (CRM) database. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment within the financial services sector. This role will be responsible for the data intake process, establishing data management best practices, and ensuring the quality / integrity of our CRM data which is critical to our investment banking operations. They should have excellent oral and written communication. This role is local to New York and required onsite four days a week. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, location and education. Salary ranges from 140,000 -- 170,000 annually. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable state law.

Skills and Requirements

- 10 + years of experience within data and process management within the financial services or investment banking industry

- Experience working with Salesforce CRM system and DealCloud CRM

- Working with business management documentation and data to develop intake and tracking processes while performing quality assessments to cleanse and standardize data intake

- Experience building standardized data / documentation management workflows and schedules to meet the business needs

- Ability to assess data and provide clear insights and areas of improvement while guiding the team to impact

- Experience overseeing a data entry / management team to provide guidance, trainings and impacting areas of improvement

- Experience utilizing excel and visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau null
