Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the non-profit industry, located in New York, New York. The role involves maintaining comprehensive and accurate client records, processing related data, and resolving client inquiries, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input billing data related to medical insurance

• Maintain and organize files systematically

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their queries via email correspondence

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to perform various tasks

• Employ 10 key skills to perform calculations as required

• Ensure customer service excellence in all interactions

• Use scanning equipment for document management

• Maintain a high typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is necessary for efficient data input.

• Must possess excellent Customer Service skills to interact with different stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in Data Entry is required to manage and organize data effectively.

• Proficiency in Email Correspondence is necessary for clear and effective communication.

• Must have expertise in Microsoft Excel to manage, analyze, and visualize data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary for creating, editing, and formatting documents.

• Ability to Organize Files efficiently to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.

• Must have the ability to Perform Calculations accurately for data analysis.

• Skilled in Scanning documents to digitize and store information.
