Learn more about benefits at Meta at this link: https://www.metacareers.com/facebook-life/benefits.Duties:Develop ongoing analysis of partner business trends to surface opportunities for growth in partner revenue and audience development outcomes. Build a measurement framework and provide regular reporting on program progress. Prepare case studies for internal and external audiences. Define and help to set targets for team goals and support account planning processes. Develop and maintain partner segmentation models to enable understanding of growth & performance trends and recommended action items. Proactive approach to problemsolving and takes action without waiting for others to request it.Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and 5 years of work experience in the job offered or in a data analytics-related occupation.Requires 60 months of experience in the following:1. Extracting insights from large, technical data sets and communicating recommendations to varied audiences, including high-level management/academics;2. Querying SQL databases;3. Visualizing data;4. Stakeholder management, including managing multiple cross-functional partners simultaneously;5. Thinking strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans;6. Developing and applying Fairness and Equity analytics frameworks to business and product operations;7. Engaging and influencing Legal, Privacy, and Policy stakeholders to develop and apply compliant measurement systems when dealing with sensitive data sets;8. Collaborating with executives and program managers on shaping strategy and operations for emerging business areas, and9. Managing multiple proprietary analytics tools such as Daiquery, Scuba, Dataswarm, Unidash, and Partner Home to build, manipulate, and maintain complex data sets and analyses.

Minimum Salary: 214,464 Maximum Salary: 223,043 Salary Unit: Yearly
