Citadel Enterprise Americas Services LLC Control Room Analyst in New York, New York
Control Room Analyst (Citadel Enterprise Americas Services LLC - New York, NY); Multiple positions available: Support local compliance officers, lines of business, and technology development teams within Citadel’s Market Making and Asset Management business in the U.S. Analyze complex data underpinning control room processes and subsequently develop critical metrics to capture control room trends and patterns. Liaise directly with technology teams supporting the control room to create business requirements documents, develop test scripts, and complete User Acceptance Testing in support of technology projects and automation opportunities. Manage wall crosses and corresponding trading restrictions and controls specific to secondary offerings. Conduct daily position monitoring and prepare disclosures of Citadel’s event-driven positions in alignment with applicable aggregation requirements for America’s jurisdictions, and examine position limits/controls updates. Monitor Citadel’s positions on securities and derivative contracts ensuring Citadel’s firmwide position concentration does not inadvertently breach limits on shares outstanding and/or exceed any issuer-specified ownership limits. Assess instrument reference data, exceptions and DQ issues to provide recommendations for proper position calculation logic.Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in International Studies/Relations, Economics, Business (Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Management), or a related field. Education, training, or experience must include: Financial Markets, Financial Services Industry, or Financial Instruments/Products; equities, fixed income, credit, commodities, and quantitative strategies; User Acceptance Testing; and, synthesizing reports patterning and trending reporting metrics and performing root cause analysis.Offered salary range of $100,000 to $140,000 per year.
