Content Creator (Designer) – Internal Enterprise Communications

6-Month Contract, NYC Hybrid

They are seeking a Content Creator (Designer) to join their Enterprise Rewards & Customer Benefits Operations team on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension or full-time conversion. This hybrid role requires 3-4 days per week in the NYC office and offers a competitive pay rate of $50-$60 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing internal communications and presentation strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence, and providing rapid-turnaround visual content for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Expertise in content creation and presentation design

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and visual storytelling

• Ability to develop branded materials and standardized templates

• Experience collaborating with senior leaders on high-priority initiatives

• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities: Strategic Responsibilities:

• Improve the overall communication and presentation effectiveness within the Enterprise Rewards & Customer Benefits Operations team by embedding best practices.

• Develop a distinctive internal brand identity, including a logo and standardized materials for internal and external communications.

Tactical Responsibilities:

• Expand and refine the internal library of branded assets, accelerators, and templates (e.g., PowerPoint decks, push notification samples, and best-in-class visual references).

• Act as the go-to expert for executive presentations, delivering polished, high-impact visual assets on tight deadlines—including urgent requests requiring completion within a few hours.
