Citigroup Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst in New York, New York
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Consumer Product Sales Lead Analyst for its New York, New York location.
Duties: Serve as the product manager and subject matter expert for on-card installment lending products. Manage product including customer needs, product functionality, digital experiences, digital funnel performance & analytics, marketing strategy, servicing, competitive monitoring, and product economics. Lead optimization efforts including initiatives to expand the marketing eligible population, as well as identify & implement opportunities to improve product conversion rates, customer experience. Support the development of product enhancements from ideation to launch and ensure seamless transition of ownership from Product Development partners. Design tests on digital platforms to improve user experience and drive customer conversion rates. Develop monitoring for customer feedback & complaints to provide insights to senior leadership. Identify and implement initiatives to improve product adoption, customer experience, and customer satisfaction scores. Act as primary point of contact for partners Marketing, Digital, Product Development, and Servicing). Partner, influence, and help coordinate efforts to grow product across channels. Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure proper governance and oversight of legal copy and disclosures. Resolve product issues and support customer remediations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Product Management, Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and 3 years of experience as a Product Analyst/Manager, Marketing Analyst/Manager, Financial Analyst, Risk Analyst or related position. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified progressive post-baccalaureate experience. Experience must include: Managing the comprehensive product strategy, including analyzing customer needs, enhancing product functionality, optimizing digital experiences through digital funnel performance and analytics tracking, and driving marketing and servicing strategy; Leading optimization and product growth efforts including identifying initiatives to expand the marketing eligible populations through data and segment analysis; Designing tests on digital platforms to improve user experience and drive customer conversion rates; Developing monitoring for customer metrics and providing insights to senior leadership; Supporting the development of product enhancements from ideation to launch and ensure transition from product development partners; Collaboration with legal and compliance to ensure proper governance and oversight of legal copy and disclosures, plus managing renewals and updates to disclosure inventory; and Resolving product issues and supporting customer remediations.
