Job Summary

Join the prestigious team at Lincoln Center, one of New York City’s most iconic cultural hubs! As the Complex Assistant General Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a world-class dining experience across multiple outlets, including catering, retail operations, and dining operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to hone your leadership skills in a dynamic, high-volume environment where creativity and collaboration are paramount.

The Complex Assistant General Manager will support the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, multitasking abilities, and excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships and uphold the highest standards in food quality and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing all P&L and budgeting aspects to maximize account performance.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service across all dining areas.

  • Lead HR efforts including recruitment, performance management, and staff development.

  • Supervise team scheduling, payroll, and training to maintain a highly motivated workforce.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and internal teams to ensure a flawless guest experience.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management team to craft innovative menus and maintain top-tier food quality.

  • Support the rollout of new culinary initiatives in partnership with the company’s marketing and culinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in foodservice operations, preferably in high-volume settings.

  • Expertise in catering and large-scale production.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations.

  • A commitment to professional growth and development within a top-tier foodservice organization.
