ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY

LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic intern who can join our collaborations and partnerships team for Fall 2024. This person will be able to support all aspect of the team starting from beginning pitch stages through launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· STATUS CHART

o Updating the collaborations status chart daily which tracks the progress of all projects.

· SAMPLE CHECKING

o Check in all new samples as they come into the office to ensure that everything has been received and is correct.

· PITCH PRESENTATIONS

o Assist in creating pitch presentation for new prospective collaborations.

· LINESHEETS

o Create line sheets for all new collaboration and partnership launches to be distributed company wide.

· OUTREACH

o Assist in the research of new prospects for future collaborations.

· MEETINGS

o Attend key weekly meetings to help to understand the development process for collaborations and partnerships.

This internship IS UNPAID and for school credit ONLY.

SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIOURS

  • Genuine and demonstrated interest in fashion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in InDesign is a plus

  • Meticulous, attention to detail, and ability to multitask is a must.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

  • Proficiency in InDesign is a bonus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.

  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
