Our FunctionMember of the Client Service Team responsible for supporting Jennison’s affiliate strategic distribution partnership. Working closely with Relationship Management to coordinate and respond to client requests regarding products and services, help to coordinate and participate in client meetings and maintain client notes and history. Collaborates with other departments to service mutual clients and ensure timely responses to recurring and ad-hoc requests.Your ImpactYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: ■Leading Client Service Efforts:Coordinate investment and compliance due diligence meetings, coordinate prep materials and internal prep meetingsOperates independently; has in-depth knowledge of investments and vehicles (Mutual Fund, UCITS, CIT, Managed Accounts) as well as business unit functionCollaborate with internal partners to ensure timely responses to recurring and ad-hoc requestsProvides day-to-day account and business support working with internal partners across the firmManage onboarding, transition, termination and changes/updates to guidelines or agreements where applicableReview and respond to recurring client reporting and deliverablesFacilitate resolution of any outstanding client issuesInvolved with maintaining metrics and reporting, including team’s opportunity pipeline, detailed status reports■Supporting Sales Enablement Efforts:Provide support to Jennison’s affiliate strategic partner in the distribution and servicing of Jennison’s products across specialized vehicles and channels supporting each stage of the business lifecycleUnderstand strategic partner’s sales process and how Jennison positions its strategies within that frameworkPartner with strategic partner sales teams to develop deeper understanding of clients - decision making process, key decision makers/influencers, evolving investment needs and initiatives.Identify gaps and potential product opportunities to cultivate interest/manufacture outcomesYour Required SkillsYour required skills must include:■A minimum of 10-15 years of direct client service and relationship management experience in asset management.■Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or CFA preferred.■Client centric mindset, and a proven track record of excellent retention and business development.■Excellent communication skills and product knowledge across Equities and Fixed Income.■Results orientated with a high degree of professional and corporate responsibility.■Sound investment and commercial acumen and the ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.■Effectively and efficiently meet client requests by coordinating and working well with multiple investment and non-investment groups to help facilitate and execute on requests.■Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented culture.■Must be able to work independently and to communicate clearly and concisely.■Ability to assess and anticipate current and future client needs and effectively drive priorities forward■Solid business judgement, with a passion for fostering internal and external relationships and upholding the integrity of the firm.■Strong work ethic, detail oriented, driven, self-motivated with a sense of accountability.■A self-starting, achievement-oriented style with the ability to creatively solve problems.What We OfferJennison offers a generous benefits package including but not limited to premier medical benefits, paid time off, a retirement profit sharing plan, wellness reimbursement, fully paid parental leave, family planning support, paid membership to concierge primary care, supplemental mental wellness benefit provides annual allotment of fully paid therapy sessions and unlimited coaching, additional health and wellness benefits, and life insurance. Our hybrid work model provides employees with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $160,000. Individual salaries for this role may vary based on various factors including but not limited to, years of experience, range in corporate level, candidate skills, and geographic location. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including but not limited to, individual and organizational performance.
