China Merchants Bank Chief Information Security Officer in New York, New York
China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd seeks a Chief Information Security Officer in New York City, NY. Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program. Develop and enhance information security management framework. Provide leadership to the enterprise's information security organization. Work with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes. Understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services. Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of information security risk management concerns. Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems. Participate in the escalation of security operation/provision, review and approve security change requests, authorize the user entitlement change in critical banking applications. Lead IT risk assessment, regulatory compliance projects (NYCRR500 assessment, FFIEC CAT assessment) etc. Develop and maintain IS policies and procedures. Facilitate Cyber security examinations and audits. Must possess a Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, technology-related field or risk management or equivalent and four (4) years of experience in an Information Security role or related occupation. Experience must include Overseeing information security risk management practices and processes during application acquisition, deployment and operations; Utilizing information security management frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST CSF; Working with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services; Working with Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environments; Using regulatory requirements FFIEC IT Handbooks; Utilizing SIEM tools including SolarWinds SEM and Splunk; Working with technologies Active Directory, Network, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Windows and Linux, and DB. Telecommuting permitted. Salary Range: $219,440-$238,000/yr.
