Full Job DescriptionManager, International Brand MarketingPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of International Brand Marketing to lead our global marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that resonate with diverse international markets, driving brand awareness and growth across regions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement international marketing strategies to enhance brand presence across global markets.Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to understand regional trends and customer preferences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development and marketing efforts with international market needs.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective reach and engagement in different regions.Oversee advertising initiatives and social media marketing efforts tailored to specific international audiences.Lead campaign management efforts, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and budget management.Communicate effectively across cultures to ensure marketing messages resonate with target audiences.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.4+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing with a proven track record of managing and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns.Background and experience in the Media / Tech industry or Streaming and Digital environmentsProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies on a global scale.Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and consumer insights.Excellent cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and analytics.Experience in project management and budget management in a marketing context.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
