That’s why we’re excited to host the Black@Capco: Demystifying Consulting Summit – an event designed to introduce undergraduate students to the world of consulting

The program will provide you with:

  • Leadership development sessions to help you build skills for success.

  • Networking and Q&A sessions with current Capco employees and current Capco consultants will offer a behind-the-scenes look at what we do.

  • Overview of Capco's recruitment process to help you plan your next steps.

Our goal is to empower you with this knowledge and connections to see consulting as a viable and exciting career choice.
