We’re looking for a HR Benefits & Compensation Manager to oversee our leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance processes while ensuring smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage time & attendance administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance
✔ Lead benefits programs, open enrollment, and vendor management
✔ Oversee FMLA, PFL, and leave-of-absence processes
✔ Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
✔ Coordinate audits, control testing, and special projects
