Pitch and execute corporate finance M&A and advisory transactions, as well as equity and debt financing for commercial banks, insurance companies, specialty finance firms, brokerage/exchange companies, asset management firms, and financial technology companies. Prepare and deliver client presentations. Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, evaluate risk factors, and perform due diligence. Apply knowledge of regulatory capital requirements and regulatory accounting standards. Develop and maintain financial and mathematical models and analysis using equity value-based multiples such as Price to Earnings ratio, Price to Book Value ratio, and Price to Tangible Book Value ratio, along with the dividend discount model. Understand metrics and ratios specific to financial institutions, including equity value-based metrics such as Return on Assets and Return on Equity, dividend payout ratio, and risk-based capital ratio. Understand financial institutions industry market drivers, such as interest rates, regulations, credit strength and structural factors. Monitor analysts in the provision of financing and advisory services to clients. Prepare and coordinate the delivery of internal deal memos. Participate in client meetings and contribute to building and maintaining client relationships. Work with financial modeling; corporate finance; accounting valuation; discounted cash flow analysis; and, statistical data analysis.REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study, plus two (2) years of experience with financial modeling; corporate finance; accounting valuation; discounted cash flow analysis; and/or, statistical data analysis.The salary range is $125,000 - $225,000 annually, based on various factors such as experience, education, skills, internal & external market data, etc.
