TrialSpark, Inc. d/b/a Formation Bio seeks multiple Associate Product Managers in New York, NY.Responsibilities: The Associate Product Manager at Formation Bio plays a critical role in shaping Formation Bio’s tech-enabled offerings and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of product development processes. Duties include: Conducting user research with both internal and external stakeholders to identify pain points in drug development; Translating those research results and insights into effective product solutions; Working closely with product designers to define the desired user experience (UX) for technical solutions; Overseeing the development of new product features by engineering squads; Managing the end-to-end rollout process of new products and features; Collaborating with teams to iterate on products and features based on user feedback and ensure continuous improvement; and other duties assigned. The Associate Product Manager may be stationed anywhere in the continental US where Formation Bio has operations but will report directly to Formation Bio’s headquarters located in New York, New York. Salary range $115k - $150k. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Economics, Finance, or a related technology or analytics-focused degree (or foreign equivalent).Requirements: 1 year of experience in the job offered or related positions.
