Associate Product Manager, Adviser Compliance Associates, LLC, New York, NY. Work cross-functionally with internal and external parties including software engineers, ACA compliance consultants and clients to implement features for global roll-out; conduct research to identify customer needs, market gaps and help write detailed product specifications to deliver functional solutions to our clients; prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines; work with our Customer Success team on product roll outs, customer training and drafting product documentation; work with designers to optimize product features for enhanced user experience; and coordinate and synthesize customer research and competitor analysis.
