Prognos Associate Clinical Solutions Consultant in New York, New York

This position can be based remotely in the United States

Prognos is a leading clinically-focused healthcare analytics company with a platform that can query patient-centric data to answer key healthcare questions in minutes not months. We are looking for an Associate Clinical Solutions Consultant.The Associate Clinical Solutions Consultant will support the commercial development of launched Prognos products for a variety of therapeutic conditions, including rare disease areas. This role will focus on partnering with a Clinical Solutions Consultant and other internal stakeholders to execute on the client projects. This position will support the Clinical Solutions Consultant to ensure that the correct data is being used, is being interpreted accurately, and business rules are being followed so that the program requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the Prognos data capabilities to recommend creative and efficient methodology to solve the business problems

  • Ability to translate business requirements into meaningful analysis and interpret data and analysis results for reporting to internal and external clients

  • Use disease area knowledge, coding ability, and data experience to standardize and interpret lab data records

  • Able to maintain project timelines and work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery to the client and coordinate process management

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support data onboarding and infrastructure development

  • Perform ad-hoc quantitative analysis by producing descriptive statistics of Prognos large data assets through familiarity with data programming languages and management tools

  • Hands on technical, large data management experience - able to deep dive into the data to perform ad-hoc analysis and producing high quality results and QA the provided results

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Minimum 2 years in a healthcare space consultative role

  • Skilled and experienced manipulating large data sets using either SQL or other data transformation languages

  • Clinically oriented: experience working across multiple therapeutic areas. Understands treatment paradigms. Knows about marketed drugs / drugs in development / MOAs / lines of therapy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
