The Trustees of Columbia University in the City of New York Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at CUMC - GSS in New York, New York

The Division of Gynecologic Specialty Surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons is expanding its faculty in Obstetrics and Gynecology, specifically Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. We seek a full-time board-certified individual to participate in all the clinical and academic affairs of our dynamic Department. Responsibilities include developing a robust office-based gynecologic surgery consult service for women and integrate this program with the other Divisions in the Department. The candidate will develop a clinical, office-based practice and see outpatients as part of the Department's faculty practice. He or she will show strong commitment to clinical care, research, teaching of residents and medical students. He or she must be skilled in the surgical management of complex gynecologic conditions. We also seek an individual skilled in clinical administration with a goal of developing practice efficiencies. The position is located primarily on the main Columbia University Irving Medical Center campus but includes off-campus offices and facilities.
