Job Description
PMX is looking for top notch talent to add to their growing design team, which plays a central role in bringing new products, practices and capabilities to life through compelling visual storytelling. The Art Director will primarily support business development and communications for the PMX Sports & Entertainment group and will also get an opportunity to support other PMX projects as needed. In this role, the PMX Art Director will act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, working directly with Business leads, Strategy, Sales, and Product leaders to launch and grow PMX products and services. You'll work with great people, who have fun, get stuff done, and design best-in-class industry-leading work.

Your Impact:
Collaborate with PMX new business and communications teams to produce designs for use across digital, experiential, presentation and print.
Design and creation of incredible PowerPoint templates and presentations
Concept and creation of print and digital collateral
Concept and creation of experiential elements
Act as a champion of brand standards and guidelines
Maintain the graphic aesthetic and quality established
Manage & execute multiple projects at once and meet scheduled deadlines.
Act as an inspiration to the greater team
Follow creative direction, work in a group dynamic, and actively participate on any given project or team to which assigned
Qualifications
4-6 years of design experience (agency experience is a plus)
Portfolio that shows off excellent presentation work or layout design
Expert skills in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud
Impeccable attention to detail
Excellent conceptual ability, along with expert design and layout skill
Excellent presentation skills.
Able to easily liaise with C-Suite
Self-starter and well-organized
Receptive to creative direction and design feedback
4-year degree in fine or graphic arts degree is a plus

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $97,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
