Heald, OwnerJob Title: ArchivistOffered Salary: $70,000 / yr Job Duties:Prepare and develop archival records using specialized classification systems and document descriptions to facilitate access;Create and maintain digital databases and archives using BookStore 4 and update online inventory using Bibliopolis; Assist with locating new acquisitions for purchase and use archival databases to facilitate the acquisition process; Conduct specialized research on archival materials using programs such as Eighteenth Century Collections Online (“ECCO”). Minimum Requirements:U.S. Master’s degree or its foreign equivalent in art history or a related field AND 3 months (12 weeks) of full time (35 hours per week) equivalent experience, including part-time position during the school year, as a gallery educator, library assistant or related role preparing reports based on research through digital databases to locate published materials for archival, editorial or literary review.Mail resume to Donald A.
