Description

A highly successful international trading organization is currently looking to hire a dedicated Accounting Manager. In this role you will take charge of the business transaction accounting management and consolidation using SAP and OneStream as per the US GAAP and IFRS regulations. This position entails conducting financial analysis, balance sheet verifications, and investment analysis, as well as preparing cash flow reports. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will be tasked with preparing the business division’s financial and management accounting closing reports, budgets, forecasts, and performing associated analysis. The position demands collaboration with the trading divisions and subsidiary CFOs/Controllers to ensure their alignment with accounting rules and policies. As part of the M& A Accounting team, candidates will perform financial due diligence, assist in the new entity integration process, and participate in related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• 4+ years of relevant experience

• Foundation in public accounting

• CPA required
