Description Are you a practical Accounting Manager with a knack for establishing and regulating an organization's accounting and finance procedures? You will succeed in this Accounting Manager position with a burgeoning, innovative company if you can take charge of daily operations, such as preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Key responsibilities

• Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

• Possess a working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

• Regular review and analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts owned by Senior Accountant

• Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to develop relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

• Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process

• Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

• Play a key role in system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration of NetSuite Financials Requirements - 5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

• Adeptness in budget forecasting

• Internal Control experience preferred

• Month end closings experience desired

• General familiarity with payroll

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• NetSuite experience preferred

• CPA experience

• Proficiency in financial reporting

• Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

• Reliable technology and analytical abilities

• CPA or MBA preferred
