Job Description*Hybrid in NYC: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote**Our Fortune 500 client is seeking an Accountant for a contract opportunity. The Accountant will analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, determine and maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization* Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.* Rate: $20 - $25 / hr. w2 * Responsibilities:- Work with employees, who had T&E policy infractions, to enhance their knowledge of the policies to prevent future issues.- Provide support to all employees who need assistance and guidance with expense reports.- Provides Concur reports as requested by management.- Review and analyze all domestic and international expense reports in Concur.- Maintain Global T&E Inbox for entire organization.- Audits expense reports to proactively identify issues and ensure compliance to the Company T&E Policy.Requirements: - 3+ years of Concur/Outlook experience a must- Excel Experience(Vlook up/Pivots)- SAP experience is a plus- Bi-lingual Spanish, Dutch, Hungarian etc. is a plus- Education: Bachelor's Degree MIN work related experienceSkills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
