About the Role Ogilvy seeks an Account Supervisor to join our social team, working on one of our largest CPG accounts. An Account Supervisor should be a capable communications professional able to handle a broad variety of tasks with increasing independence and sound judgment. An Account Supervisor has the ability and experience to play a senior implementation role in client work. They must have superior writing, organizational, research and social media skills, be able to handle direct client contact and have the ability to be a good program developer, presenter and counselor. What You'll Do Draft advanced documents such as client emails, campaign timelines, project statements and more Deep understanding of the social media landscape and be able to develop articulate the basics of platform knowledge with team and clients Build strong relationships with internal teams using Agency resources to support Client's business effectively and seamlessly. Lead day-to-day client Effectively navigate teams when there are conflicting priorities Demonstrate advanced PowerPoint skills by writing first draft of a deck Demonstrate strong collaboration skills with agency teams including creative, strategy, project management and production Contribute during team meetings and has a point of view based on his/her understanding of the program, the brand and its competitors Proactively work to increase presentation skills- when speaking to clients and at team meetings. Begin to build and apply specialized expertise in particular subject or functional areas. Advocates for social first, audience-centric work Support Account lead across multiple projects running concurrently and manage time accordingly Maintains expert knowledge of client's business, category and competition Regularly informs Director and other leadership on business status, including escalation as needed Effectively develops and disseminates strategic direction across internal cross-functional teams Works in tandem with global counterparts and is responsible for collaboration and inclusion of relevant regional markets in the annual account planning and activation process Ability to support all aspects of a production ranging from idea delivery, pre-production, on-set and post-production in partnership with traditional and social specific producers What You'll Need 3-5 years of social media experience in a large agency setting An advanced understanding of social strategy, community management and social creative management Knowledge of social media platform capabilities and hands on experience working with them Willingness to learn, explore, and reinvent Effective written and verbal communications skills Advanced problem solving skills to help clients and agency work together Balances workload and tasks, communicating effectively with team members to reliably implement assignments on budget and on deadline How We'll Support You Ogilvy celebrates its people. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
