About the team

Retirement BPaaS provides services to U.S based Third Party Administrators in managing day to day Recordkeeping operations and Year End Annual Administration & Reporting of Defined Contribution plans.

Services are catered to FIS Retirement clients via FIS Retirement Products.

What you will be doing

A Level I Account Administrator is responsible primarily for documented daily tasks involved in the administration of a DB or DC plan. These tasks range from Enrollments, Contributions, Distributions, Loans, Investment Elections Change, Transfers and other processes within a daily environment that may be assigned. There may also be a need to work with internal FIS departments on application or hardware issues related to daily functions.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Process assigned tasks for retirement plan administration

Typical processing of Indicative, Enrollment, Contribution, Distribution, Loans or other necessary activity for Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution Plans.

Typical systems utilized could include FIS workflow software, FIS financial Recordkeeping software, participant and sponsor facing websites and other business applications as necessary.

Consistently meet or exceed target goals for SLA parameters of TAT, Productivity, Quality, etc. Review, research and provide feedback on discrepancies for assigned processes. Learn complex ideas and processes and follow all related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Participate in team meetings. Complete and remain committed to ongoing training and development. Must abide by all security requirements and must abide by FIS policies including attendance, compliance, etc.

What you bring:

Skills and Knowledge / Experience

1-3 year of Industry experience primarily in US Retirement Domain. Ability to understand, learn and follow detailed procedures Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency with working on a computer and good keyboard skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications Strong research and analytical skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and perform additional tasks A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change is essential Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Must be dependable and flexible, with the ability to shifts and/ or overtime hours when necessary

Desired knowledge / experience

Familiarity with financial terminology. An understanding of the financial services industry will be an added advantage. Previous experience processing financial transactions (desirable). Moderate understanding of FIS Retirement Applications like Omni, Relius etc.

Qualifications

Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management/Administration or related field of study.
