Account Manager/Client Service - Equity Swaps

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist during the onboarding process of clients by making sure all platforms and internal systems have been set up properly;

  • Processing and monitoring of collateral calls;

  • Processing and monitoring of life cycle events for equity swaps transactions such as unwinds, expiries, roll overs, interim payments, corporate actions;

  • Address ad hoc queries from clients, front office;

  • Drive continuous improvements efforts, while reducing risk across all touch points in the trade path;

  • Ensure the accurate and timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries

  • Assist in performing cash and portfolio reconciliation vs counterparty positions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Knowledge of derivatives and operations experience will be an advantage;

  • In-Depth Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient in Excel;

  • A team player who demonstrates work ethic and consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism;

  • Excellent organization an time management skills

  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the line of business

  • Strong capacity for operating in a flexible, dynamic environment where creative and strategic thinking is required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Strongly Preferred

  • Highly disciplined, a self-starter, and the a ability to execute on assignments independently

  • Strong analytical/ problem solving Skills

  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Business Development, Product Specialist Management, or related experience in Finance, 3-5+ years of experience

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. For NYC Job Applicants: The base annual salary range for this position is $126,000-$230,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
