**ABOUT THE JOB**
Crossroads offers a space of hope and empowerment by providing mental health support in a safe and inclusive environment. Services are provided along a continuum of settings including a young adult outpatient clinic for individuals 14-26, an OnTrackNY program for individuals 16-30 experiencing first episode psychosis, 8 school-based satellite programs for young people from K-12^(th) grade, and a satellite at The Jewish Community Center. Treatment includes assessment as well as short and long term psychotherapy using multiple and flexible treatment modalities including individual, family and group treatment as well as evidence-based psychotherapies. Psychiatric consultation and medication management is also offered to current clients.
The receptionist supports the program by carrying out tasks that ensures the clinic runs smoothly and we can provide quality services to our clients and families. Some duties include: Checking in clients- insurance check, collect and apply payments, inform clinicians of clients arrival; Scheduling/re-scheduling clients and maintaining scheduling calendars for clinic staff; Answer incoming calls and make necessary outgoing calls for our providers. Taking messages as needed for staff.
The Jewish Board is currently looking for a talented workers of all cultures, religions, races, and gender expressions with the following qualifications:
- HS Diploma required
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Be able to work the following schedule: **Mondays- 11 AM-7 PM; Tuesdays-1 PM-9 PM; Wednesdays- 12 PM-8 PM; Thursday 1 PM-9 PM and Friday 9 AM- 5 PM**
