2025 Summer Consulting Analyst (Intern) - Corporate Performance Improvement

Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement is seeking 2025 Summer Analysts to work with members of project teams. The Summer Analysts will be involved with helping clients solve complex problems by assessing the client's current situation, designing solutions involving people, process, and technology dimensions, and implementing change. Candidates must be highly motivated, eager to contribute and learn, be able to meet deadlines, and be adaptable to various assignments, systems, and tools. Some travel is possible.

CPI Summer Analysts can expect to be a part of A& M's Advancing and Cultivating Emerging (ACE) Leader's program. The summer analyst program is a paid opportunity that lasts 8-10 weeks and typically begins in early June and ends in early/mid-August.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable teaming skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA required, both major and overall
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Preferred degrees/majors/course enrollment listed below:
    • Accounting
    • Business
    • Computer Science
    • Economics
    • Engineering
    • Finance
    • Marketing
    • Management Information Systems
    • Supply Chain
    • Statistics / Mathematics
    • Human Resources
  • Graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026
  • Comfortable with some travel
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future . A& M will not sponsor applicants for United States work visa status for this role .

The hourly range is $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
