Engagement Manager - Implementation positions available with McKinsey & Company, Inc. US in Detroit, MI.
Develop trust-based relationships with clients; be seen as an expert in implementation and delivering results. Manage client teams, comprising frontline leaders through to senior site management. Coach & mentor clients to help grow capabilities and effectiveness to achieve challenging goals. Provide insightful feedback. Lead collaborative meetings with clients; challenge client thinking, justify arguments, and maintain composure and professionalism in difficult times. Creatively solve problems and inspire innovative thinking in team members. Recognize implications from inter-related trends, data and experience; demonstrate judgement and creativity to make pragmatic recommendations.
Qualified applicants must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a non-business advanced degree. Must have two (2) years of experience with a major top-tier international management consulting firm as Associate-Implementation or Consultant. Domestic and international travel typically required.
