This RCSA Consultant role is on a HYBRID schedule, requiring that the candidate can commute to a Manhattan or Jersey City office location.

Description:

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments related to lending practices in accordance with the Community Reinvestment Act, Alphabet Regulations, and CFTB Regulations.

• Evaluate and challenge existing reports and methodologies for effectiveness and compliance, providing detailed feedback and recommendations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of various lending products and regulatory requirements to assist in compliance efforts.

• Ensure that regulatory controls are implemented effectively and are aligned with best practices.

• Differentiate and assess compliance implications for corporate banking operations versus broker-dealer activities.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external assessors to discuss compliance issues and enhancements.

• Develop and deliver training materials to educate team members on compliance standards, risk assessment practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in testing of banking products and services to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.

• Foster a proactive approach to compliance by identifying potential risks and proposing actionable solutions.
