As an Accounting Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various accounting projects within the organization. This role requires a blend of accounting expertise and project management skills to ensure the successful execution of projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and expectations

• Allocate resources and manage project budgets effectively

• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, reconciliations, and other accounting documentation

• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management and accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• PMP preferred, but not required

• Role aligned to Financial Services Practice

• Experience in Accounting and Project Management role

• Strong Project Management skillset

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to blend business process and technical skills to facilitate effective client discussions throughout the cycle of the project deliverables

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels

• Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

• Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

• Pay Range: $80-120
