Decode business imperatives, translating them into actionable technical requirements for bespoke data products, ranging from daily reports to intricate SQL analyses. Design adaptive and versatile data structures, catering to a vast spectrum of analytical requirements. Showcase expertise across the complete lifecycle of ML model development, from initial data exploration to final production deployment. Uphold the highest standards of data quality, ensuring rigorous data governance practices. Utilize data manipulation tools, including Python and SQL, to craft and refine desired outcomes.Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a closely quantitative field and at least two (2) years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role working on advanced data analytics and machine learning modeling to extract actionable business insights. Full term of experience must include the following: capturing, translating, and synthesizing extensive datasets, translating them into actionable insights critical to product success; working with SQL and Python and applying advanced Machine Learning methodologies; leveraging large language models, including extracting insights from voluminous unstructured datasets; translating complex data narratives for non-technical audiences and exemplary project management capabilities; overseeing projects autonomously from initiation to conclusion; and mentoring junior data scientists, fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation in the realm of data science.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $108,306 - $221,950, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
