Simon Roofing Commercial Roofing Laborer/Apprentice in New Windsor, New York

As a Commercial Roofing Laborer, you must have some knowledge of roofing or construction, and what it takes to work in a physical work environment. We want people with at least a year of experience in intensive physical labor positions, and who take pride in their work. The amount of pay and responsibilities that are given are dependent on their skills, capabilities, attitude, and proven work history.
What We Offer to you:
Wage range for Apprentice/Laborers are from $18.00- $22.00 per hour (dependent on your experience level).

What you'll do:
Roofing details and roofing products installation.
Be able to lift 50-100 lbs. frequently throughout the day.
Be able to safely climb a ladder.
Safely & Productively in a team setting.
Job site maintenance and cleanup.
Application of products to specifications and estimate.
Participate in tool box talks on-site.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
Must be able to work in varied extreme weather condition (extreme hot and extreme cold weather).
Load and unload material and equipment from variant heights.
Load material and equipment from vehicles on and off the roof.
Lift heavy objects by hand or with a host and clean work area.
Shovel loose materials such as gravel, sand, metal, snow, or dirt.
What you'll need:
Minimum 2 years laborer or roofing experience.
Driver's License (preferred).
Must be 18 years of age or older.
High school diploma, or Equivalent.
Ability to get to and from in-town jobsites, by own means, on a daily basis (within a 60-mile radius).
Authorized to work in the United States.
