Work Schedule Weekly rotating shifts Monday-Friday. Shift start time depends on the department. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Perform set-up- start-up and changeover procedures for the equipment as needed Assist in troubleshooting issues with line performance as it relates to equipment operation Apply and practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and Good Sanitation Practices (GSP's) Own and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list. Conduct daily production line checks and documentation; quality checklists; HACCP details Perform sanitation duties for production equipment as needed and period sanitation work as assigned Operate electric hand truck as needed Consistently communicate with department coworkers and/or shift lead/supervisors appropriately Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Active in collaborative approach and cross-functional communicator Experience in a manufacturing setting/environment Physical Requirements This position is considered a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery and equipment. Please note, this role may require additional availability during peak season hours and/or holidays per the business needs. Physical demands include but not limited to Constant activity or conditions sustained 2/3 or more of working hours including pulling/scaling heights/accessing high objects, keyboard or text input, repetitive motion, occasionally exerting 20-50 lbs. of force, frequently 10-25 lbs., or any amount constantly.
