Google Technical Recruiter (English, Mandarin) in New Taipei City, Taiwan

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in recruiting and full-cycle recruiting.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.

  • 2 years of experience in the execution of technical recruiting or related technical experience.

  • Experience leading projects, solving complex problems and delivering impact.

  • Ability to manage customer relationships, consult customers, and work in a large-team environment.

  • Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Develop talent by leveraging recruiting processes and tools, and gathering role requirements and recommendations.

  • Advocate for the applicant and create an excellent experience, supporting applicants assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and driving the interview and offer process.

  • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles.

  • Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the applicant, new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.

  • Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
