Good Work Marketing Project Coordinator in New Orleans, Louisiana

Good Work Marketing is looking for a positive and organized Project Coordinator to fill a critical role. We are a fast-paced creative agency focused on delivering thoughtful creative solutions.We are looking for a "people person" that is highly organized, motivated, a self-starter and who thrives in a fast paced - multi-task intensive environment.

In our new Project Coordinator, we are looking for a rock star to help us manage current projects, foster open communication between our creative teams and our wonderful roster of clients, and assist in business development work for exciting new project opportunities.The perfect candidate will be someone who loves marketing, solving problems, and genuinely helping both clients and fellow team members. If you have ever uttered the words "that is not in my job description" - this is not a position for you. We are a small team of incredibly talented folks, who are all driven to do the very best for our clients - and we do whatever it takes to get there. Responsibilities:

  • Assist business development team (the company founders) in managing existing client accounts.

  • Attend client and prospective client meetings

  • Offer ideas and suggestions for meeting client goals and going above and beyond.

  • Be a crystal clear communicator (both verbally and written)

  • Become a master of our project management system

  • Ensure that client projects are being completed on time and within budget

  • Write/prepare proposals and other pitch materials as needed

  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients and recognize opportunities to grow existing accounts.

  • Learn the right questions to ask to get to the heart of how we can help each client.

  • Comfortable answering the phone.

  • Website content updates (no HTML required)

  • Proofreading and quality control duties.

  • Headline writing, ad copy, and creative writing (opportunities exist)


  • Some experience in the creative industry (Marketing, Advertising, Web Development, etc..)

  • Must have 2+ years of real world work experience working in a client-facing organization.

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of client needs.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • The ability to act with professionalism in all client and agency situations (in person, via phone, in writing)

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas

  • A sense of humor and strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
