A career in our Oracle Supply Chain and Operations team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalise on business opportunities. We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Logistics.

As part of our supply chain and operations team, you will utilize Oracle applications to help our clients address a variety of strategic operations challenges and create sustainable change and continuous process improvement to maximise opportunities and create value throughout the enterprise.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member on Oracle Supply Chain consulting engagements:

  • Demonstrating intimate knowledge of Oracle Supply Chain processes - specifically, engineering design and the creation of supply chain master data;

  • Designing, building, and deploying Oracle Cloud Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) IT solutions;

  • Migrating Oracle Agile applications to Oracle Cloud PLM with the understanding of how Oracle Cloud SCM/PLM solutions replace Oracle Agile capabilities;

  • Integrating Oracle PLM created data (such as Material Master records, bills of material or BoMs, and routings or bills of process) with other Engineering and Operational applications;

  • Managing and storing engineering drawings (such as CAD drawings) in document management systems in a Oracle PLM;

  • Building PLM and Oracle Material Master, BoM and routing creation workflows and creating release strategies to control the release of the data to manufacturing;

  • Aligning organizational roles and responsibilities to facilitate the handoffs between engineering and the manufacturing shop floor;

  • Participating on proposal development efforts; and,

  • Identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services; managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.

  • Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members; and,

  • Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.
