First Horizon Bank Business Transformation Specialist in New Orleans, Louisiana

Description

The Business Transformation Specialist will help the enterprise achieve greater business collaboration, better user experience, and accelerated transformation, acting as a key contributor for business solutions. The candidate provides business insights and analysis on the enterprise-wide platforms by understanding the product solution, capabilities, and uses in order to provide recommendations for improved experience. The candidate should have the ability to develop business cases in collaboration with users, design teams, and external vendors. This person works independently and with a dedicated team supporting user acceptance and ensuring team goals are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Works alongside product owners and stakeholders to execute on enterprise goals

  • Supports testing for regular enhancement release cadence

  • Comfortable leading cross functional conversations in support of user story creation and refinement

  • Works closely with development team including addressing prioritization needs and providing real-time feedback on an ongoing basis

  • Independently resolves highly complex, multi-faceted problems, which are often unstructured and without precedent to meet the business needs of the users

  • Identifies and manages business activities (training, communication) required to support initiatives

  • Other duties and special projects may be assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Broad understanding of the financial drivers of commercial banking, treasury services, and loan life-cycle
