A Senior Career Program Specialist (Admissions Representative) is responsible for assisting the Director of Admissions (DOA) in ensuring enrollment and start goals are achieved at each campus they are assigned to ensure that the strategic objectives of the company are met. Manage aspects of the Enrollment and Start goals or their assigned campuses
Responsible for daily admissions department operations at your local campus as directed by the DOA
Responsible for weekly reporting to the DOA of inquiry distribution and LSQ stage movement of all applicants at primary campus
Provide training to local campus CPS’ on any new processes or procedures as assigned by the DOA
Report the weekly enrollment production numbers to the DOA.
Complete all reports and duties assigned by the DOA
Follow-up with qualified prospective students based on online applications and inquiries.
Accurately and compliantly communicate the campus features and program information to prospective students.
Conduct follow-up for prospective students to assure completion of paperwork and essential documents for enrollment requirements, and that they are prepared to start school.
Ensure the student works with the financial aid department, completing all required paperwork on a timely basis.
Generate regular referrals.
Participate in the public relations activities and recruiting events.
Maintain support for enrolled students to enhance student graduation, employment, and referrals.
Support high school activities including scheduling appointments, giving presentations, and inquiry follow up.
Position Requirements:
Associate’s degree and/or 3-5 years Admissions related experience is required
Minimum of 3 years of successful post-secondary education admissions/sales or marketing experience required
Traveling to different locations for in-person coverage required.
Experience in developing relationships with high school counselors and teachers is required
Experience with common higher education database management systems and inquiry management systems (LeadSquared and Campus Nexus/Anthology is highly preferred)
Positive attitude committed to personal, team and company success
Is coachable, adaptive and receptive to training
Strong organizational, time management, conflict and problem resolutions skills are required.
Must be able to manage well under pressure and comfortably handle stressful situations
Excellent communication, public relations and promotional skills
Computer skills and the ability to use common software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
