Weld various materials including stainless steel (multiple types of stainless steel), carbon steel and alloys, ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications. Fabrication and Assembly: Fabricate and assemble larger metal structures, components, and equipment according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Use advanced fabrication techniques such as cutting, bending, and forming metals to precise measurements and tolerances. Quality Assurance: Inspect and test welded joints and fabricated components to ensure they meet ASME standards and project requirements. Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) such as ultrasonic testing (UT) and radiographic testing (RT) as required. Project Coordination: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to plan and execute welding and fabrication projects. Participate in project meetings, provide technical expertise, and contribute to project planning and scheduling.
